While the festival area around Salzburgring is not entirely accessibility, we are committed to providing a delightful experience for all visitors, including those with disabilities. Here, you will find all the information you need for an unforgettable visit to the Grounds of Love.

The Electric Love Festival welcomes all Electric Lovers to our Colorful Playground!
We kindly ask visitors with disabilities to purchase tickets for Electric Love Festival independently through our official ticket shop. Please note that our various VIP categories are not accessible.
If you require a companion due to limited mobility, we offer a complimentary ticket of the same category as yours and a parking ticket for your companion, provided you have a disability degree of 50% or more. Please fill out this form to request tickets for your accompanying person. You will get all information regarding accessibility via e-mail!
Please note that we can only provide tickets for your companion from categories that are not sold out. Please don’t forget to upload your disability ID.
Barrier-free access to the festival grounds, is only possible through our CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge Parking. In this case, the festival grounds can be accessed with a combination of a Festival Pass and CUPRA Platin VIP Lodge Parking.
If you require barrier-free access to the festival grounds, you will receive an email shortly before the festival begins on where to pick up your ELF wristband. Entrance will be managed by our service center staff, who will also be there to assist you with any questions or issues.
At the Electric Love Mainstage, a wheelchair platform with a glass front will be set up. Here, you can be right in the party without any visual obstruction. To ensure controlled access, please always have your disability ID with you on site to present to our security personnel if needed. The exact location of the wheelchair platform will be indicated on our festival map, which will be published before the event.
At the entire Electric Love Festival, you can pay cashless with your ELF wristband, which you will receive upon entering the festival grounds. You can load money onto your wristband in advance using Pre Top-Up, or on-site at our Top-Up stations.
For easier handling, people with limited mobility can obtain an RFID card in addition to the wristband at the Service Center Infield. This card replaces the chip in the ELF wristband, making Top-Up and payments more convenient.
Throughout the entire festival grounds, dedicated toilets are available at all sanitation stations, some of which can also be locked with a Eurokey. The exact locations will be indicated on our festival map, which will be published shortly before the event.

If you are dependent on medication, we kindly ask you to carry it in its original packaging with a doctor’s note or a valid medical prescription. Please bring only the amount necessary for the duration of your stay at the Electric Love Festival.
In case of emergency at the Electric Love Festival, you will receive medical assistance promptly from our partner, the Red Cross. Exact locations can be found on our festival map, and our staff at the service center will also provide assistance.
