How can I travel to ELF? In general, you can come by train, bus, plane, car or bike. For more detailed informations have a look at our newspost about travel options.

Do my tickets need to be personalized? Yes, Festival Passes and Single Day Tickets need to be personalized. Camping Tickets, Parking Tickets and The ORGANICS Beach Tickets do NOT need to be personalized.

What are the opening hours?

• Camping area: Wednesday 12pm – until Sunday 12pm
• Infield: Wednesday 6pm – 3am | Thursday, Friday, Saturday 4pm – 4am
• Supermarket: 24h
• The ORGANICS Beach: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10am-6pm
• Parking: Wednesday 11am – Sunday 12pm

Are there any hotels nearby? From camping to staying in 5* Hotels – at #ELF we offer accomodations for everyone. Choose your place to stay!

Is there electricity at the campsite? With our Travelbox Powerstation you can get a power source directly to your tent! ⛺️

What rules apply at the campsite? Access to the campsite is only permitted with a valid Camping Ticket + Festival Ticket. You can pitch your tent in the designated areas and have 5m² per person at your disposal. Camping and setting up tents in the parking lot is prohibited. On the camping areas (Caravan, Basic Camping, Comfort Camping) the burning and lighting of campfires as well as cooking and or barbecuing with gas or charcoal is prohibited. (This also includes camping stoves!)

What can I eat during the festival? No matter which diet you prefer, Electric Love offers a wide range of food. There will be all kinds of bars, snack stands and food trucks with with the finest food such as Kasnockn, Pizza, Noodles and much more. Numerous vegetarian and vegan options are also available. 🥗 If you want to have your own BBQ at the camp site, get all your essentials at the ELF Supermarket and grill your food at the Napoleon Grill Area!

What about ELF24 Merchandise? You can get exklusive ELF24 pieces like shirts, hoodies, caps, bags and much more again this year. BUT: For this years ELF we have another surprise for you: A limited merch edition in collaboration with JACK&JONES. Get a hold of it now in your nearest JACK&JONES store in Austria or get the ultimate festival experience and visit the ELF Merchstores at Electric Love Festival 2024.

How do I pay at the festival? All of our festival areas are completely cashless. To pay for your food and drinks, you have to get a top-up on your wristband (which you get at the entrance). There are designated machines where you can load more money onto your band at any time. To avoid waiting times at the top-up stations, load your ELF wristband with your desired amount in advance. The amount will be automatically loaded onto your wristband when you enter the festival site by scanning your ELF ticket. Use pre top-up here.

Which objects are forbidden? There are some items that you are not allowed to bring to the festival. Please inform yourself in advance so that you have enough time to party! 🥳
