Easy Personalization
All personal tickets (such as Festival Passes, Warm-Up Tickets, Single Day Tickets, etc.) must be personalized to the person who will use them. But don’t worry – personalization isn’t required at the time of purchase! You can buy the ticket now and personalize it for the lucky recipient after gifting. Please note that additional fees may apply for any later re-personalization.

To help you gift the ticket in style, we offer free downloadable gift templates. Just add your personalized message in Adobe Acrobat Reader or by hand, print it, and you have a beautiful gift ready to go! 😊
Note: The gift template is not a ticket and holds no ticket value. Entry to the Electric Love Festival requires a personalized ticket, which you’ll receive after successful personalization.
Step by step to the perfect gift
- Select the tickets you want to gift in the ELF Ticketshop.
- Log in or create a new ELF Ticketshop account.
- Complete the payment process.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email along with a prompt to personalize the tickets.
- Important: Do NOT personalize the ticket for the recipient just yet.
- Download an ELF gift template and add your personal message and the ticket category in the text field.
- Print the voucher and gift pure joy! 🩷
- After gifting: Either forward the ticket to the recipient so they can personalize it themselves, or personalize it for them.
