PRESS GUIDELINES
All recordings, whether photo, video, or audio, must visibly or audibly be marked as recordings of Electric Love Festival. As the organizer, Electric Love GmbH & Co KG needs to be cited visibly in any taken photo and recorded video.
It is forbidden to use images from the Electric Love Festival to promote or report on other events, products, or artists. It is forbidden to use titles like “Official” or “Official Aftermovie,” or other wordings that indicate an official Electric Love Festival video, on videos uploaded to platforms like YouTube or similar.
Electric Love GmbH & Co KG is permitted to use the photo, video, or audio recordings for its own promotion and reporting. Electric Love GmbH & Co KG is allowed to share the recordings with third parties for publication purposes. The right to name the author is expressly waived. Electric Love GmbH & Co KG makes every effort to attribute the author’s name whenever feasible; however, the final decision rests with the publishers. This policy is governed exclusively by Austrian law, with jurisdiction in Salzburg city.
