The organizer of the giveaway is Electric Love GmbH & Co KG.

Participation
Participation in the giveaway is free and open to individuals aged 16 and older. By participating in the giveaway, participants confirm their agreement to these terms and conditions.

Duration
The giveaway runs from December 1 to December 24, 2024. Participation requires completing the specific “task” assigned for the day and is possible until midnight of that day.

Prizes
Prizes include festival passes for Electric Love Festival 2024, Money Can’t Buy Experiences (e.g., an Artist Lounge Dinner), merchandise items, consumption credits for Electric Love Festival 2025, and more. A detailed list of prizes is provided in the social media posts.

Winners will be contacted directly by Electric Love. Prizes will be shipped at two intervals: mid-December and late December/early January. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

For prizes such as consumption credits or Money Can’t Buy Experiences, winners must own a ticket for Electric Love Festival 2025. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, tickets are not included in the prize. Tickets for Electric Love Festival 2025 must be personalized by the winners, and this is their responsibility. Unclaimed prizes will expire and cannot be replaced.

Data Protection
By participating, participants consent to their data being shared with third parties for the purpose of prize announcement. This consent can be revoked at any time.

By entering the giveaway, participants explicitly agree that the organizer may store the necessary data, such as first name, last name, and address, for the duration of the giveaway and beyond. The organizer assures that all personal data will not be accessible to third parties unless prizes are shipped directly by cooperation partners.

Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their stored data at any time. For inquiries, participants can contact info@electriclove.at.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
The organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions or to interrupt or terminate the giveaway or prize draw in whole or in part for valid reasons without prior notice. This applies particularly if circumstances arise that disrupt or prevent the orderly execution of the giveaway or draw, such as the occurrence of computer viruses, software and/or hardware errors, or other technical issues that cause significant disruption.

This also applies if legal reasons or attempts at manipulation affect the execution. If an interruption or termination is due to a participant’s behavior, the organizer reserves the right to claim compensation for damages caused.
