Electric Love Festival 2024 Survey Giveaway Terms and Conditions

 

The organizer of the giveaway is Electric Love GmbH & Co KG.

 

Participation

Participation is free and open to individuals aged 16 and above. By participating in the giveaway, the participant confirms their agreement with these conditions.

 

To participate, it is required that all personal information provided is truthful. The organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of the terms and conditions, registration via a provider whose business purpose includes the manipulation of giveaways, or other unauthorized influence on the giveaway. In such cases, winnings can be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

Participation Period
Participate in the giveaway is possible during the period from August 30, 2024, until September 13, 2024, at 11:59 PM (CEST) as follows:

 

Participation

Complete the Electric Love Festival 2024 fully and accurately and submit the survey. Each participant can only complete the survey and participate in the giveaway once.

 

Winner Selection Method

Winners will be selected randomly. 11 winners will be determined from all submissions. They will be notified of their win via email. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited. Multiple entries do not increase the chances of winning.

 

Prizes

There are 11×250€ Consumption Credit to be won for Electric Love Festival 2025. The vouchers will be sent to the winners per email. Upon entering Electric Love Festival 2025, winners have to show the consumption credit ticket (voucher). Then, the amount will be loaded onto the winners’ festival wristband.

 

Winners must have a Electric Love Festival 2025 festival pass of any category to claim the prize. Festival tickets are NOT included in the prize. Cash redemption is not possible. The prize is non-transferable. The resale of the prize is not permitted.

 

Data Protection

By participating, the participant agrees that their data may be passed on to third parties for publication purposes. Consent for publication can be revoked at any time.

 

By participating in the giveaway, the participant expressly agrees that the organizer may store the necessary data (first name, last name, and email address) for the duration of the giveaway and beyond. 

 

The participant has the right to request information about their stored data, its correction, and deletion at any time. Contact can be made at any time via info@electriclove.at. 

 

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time or to interrupt or terminate the giveaway or the draw in whole or in part for an important reason without prior notice. This applies in particular if circumstances arise that disrupt or prevent the planned execution of the giveaway or the draw, such as the occurrence of computer viruses, errors in the software and/or hardware, or other technical reasons that significantly affect the process.

 

This also applies if the execution is impaired or excluded due to legal reasons or in the event of manipulations or attempts at manipulation that affect the administration, security, integrity, and/or regular and proper conduct of the draw. If an interruption or termination is based on the behavior of a participant, the organizer is entitled to claim compensation for the damage caused by this participant.

 

Miscellaneous
Content that violates Typeform’s or META’s guidelines, Austrian law, our netiquette, and/or copyright will be removed without notice upon discovery. The participant will be excluded from the giveaway.

This promotional activity is not part of the Typeform or META network and is neither offered, supported, sponsored, organized, nor reviewed by Typeform or META. Typeform and META are neither the organizers nor contact persons for this giveaway. For questions about the giveaway, the Electric Love Festival’s Customer Service Team is available. 

Legal recourse is excluded. In case of doubt, the German version of the terms and conditions applies.
